Meta advertising measurement
Public pages use the Meta Pixel to measure page views and advertising performance. Meta may receive browsing and device information and use cookies under its own privacy policy. The website does not deliberately include form answers, signatures or report contents in Pixel events. The Pixel is not initialised on administrator pages. There is currently no advertising-consent banner; browser tracking protections may block the Pixel.
Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Aarti Bhatia — Astrology & Soul Sciences handles information provided through aartibhatia.com and www.aartibhatia.com when you browse, enquire, request an appointment or purchase a personalised report.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and messages submitted through our forms.
- Report details: date of birth, birth time, birthplace, resolved location and timezone, and the details required for the chosen report. These may include gender, a mobile number being analysed, proposed names, relationship details or your stated concerns.
- Appointment details: your requested date, time, service and consultation focus.
- Payment records: order references, payment status, transaction references, currency and amount. Payment credentials are handled by Cashfree; our application does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP.
- Generated reports, saved PDFs and report-preparation records. Historical delivery records may be retained for support and transaction history.
- Technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request logs, IP addresses, browser information, session cookies and payment-session references.
How we use your information
Please provide only information necessary for your request. A report purchase is not permission to publish your personal details or report publicly.
- Respond to enquiries and arrange or manage appointments.
- Calculate and prepare the personalised report you request, including AI-assisted explanations where enabled.
- Create and verify payment orders, provide report downloads, and handle refunds or support requests.
- Maintain necessary transaction records, prevent misuse and troubleshoot errors.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Service providers and AI
Information may be processed by the providers needed to fulfil your request. Their own privacy policies also apply to their services.
Providers may process information outside your country. We use them for the relevant service rather than sending every provider your entire submission.
- Cashfree processes payment checkout and transaction information.
- When enabled for report writing, OpenRouter and its selected model provider receive calculated factors and relevant birth context, with direct names and contact details omitted. This is not guaranteed anonymity. The application requests routing that disallows provider data collection; provider policies and availability still apply.
- Geoapify resolves typed birthplaces into location and timezone information and supplies place suggestions.
- For Signature Analysis, your upload acknowledgement authorises analysis by OpenRouter and its selected model provider using a resized image. A signature can identify its writer; it is not anonymous. Contact details and the original filename are not sent with the signature image. Temporary uploads are stored privately for payment recovery and report preparation, and removed after successful PDF preparation; unpaid or failed requests may retain the upload for support and can be the subject of a deletion request. Saved reports and PDFs contain your signature and remain private. The private administration studio retains its separate provider permission.
- Hosting, database and technical service providers process information needed to run the site. Embedded videos and external links may involve additional third-party services.
Storage, retention and security
Submitted records, completed reports and preparation records are stored to fulfil your request, provide support and maintain necessary business and transaction records. Retention depends on the purpose of the record and applicable legal requirements; there is not currently a single automatic deletion period for every record.
Access to administration and paid report downloads is restricted. Stored report PDFs are not intended to be public files. No website can guarantee absolute security. Please keep downloaded reports private. Reports are not automatically sent by email.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, raise a privacy concern, or withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will consider requests under applicable law; some records may need to be retained for transaction, legal or dispute-resolution purposes.
You may choose not to provide information, but we may then be unable to prepare a report, arrange a consultation or deliver it. Withdrawing consent does not automatically cancel a payment or remove records that must be retained for another lawful purpose.
Children and information about other people
If your request includes another person’s birth or relationship information, ensure you have appropriate permission or authority to share it. For information about a child, a parent or lawful guardian should manage the request and provide any required consent. Avoid including unnecessary private information about other people in free-text fields.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when services, providers or data practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
