When you receive a refund
If your session is cancelled, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for that cancelled session. If you have successfully paid for a report and the report is not generated, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for that report.
Refunds apply to the affected service. If you paid twice for the same order, contact us with both transaction references so we can verify the duplicate and refund the duplicate payment.
Cancelled sessions
To cancel a booked session, contact us with your name, confirmed appointment details and payment reference. If Aarti Bhatia cancels the session, you are also entitled to a refund.
You may agree to a replacement date instead, but you are not required to accept a reschedule in place of a refund for a cancelled session. A date change is only confirmed when both sides agree.
Reports that are not generated
If payment is confirmed but no report is generated, contact us using your order reference to request a refund. We will check the payment and generation status. A paid report that is not generated is refundable.
A temporary processing delay, failed download or missing email does not necessarily mean that the report was not generated. We can check whether a completed report exists and help restore access or resend it. You do not need to pay again for this support. This check does not remove your refund eligibility when the paid report has not been generated.
Completed reports and sessions
Our stated refund eligibility covers cancelled sessions, reports that cannot be generated, and verified duplicate payments. For an issue with a delivered report or completed session, contact us so we can review the concern and any remedy required by applicable law.
Personal interpretations do not promise a specific future outcome. Nothing in this policy removes your statutory rights concerning a defective, misdescribed or undelivered service.
How to request a refund
We will verify the payment and affected service, confirm the outcome of the request, and provide the refund reference when available.
- Use the Contact page and describe the cancelled session, report-generation failure or duplicate payment.
- Include the name and email used for the order, the order or booking reference, amount, payment date and transaction reference if available.
- For duplicate payments, include both transaction references. You may provide a redacted payment confirmation if it helps us locate the payment.
- Never share your full card details, CVV, UPI PIN, password or OTP.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are initiated through the payment provider to the original payment method where supported. Refunds are not issued as website credit unless you expressly agree.
The time for a refund to appear depends on Cashfree, the payment method and your bank. We will communicate the available processing information; initiation and bank credit are separate steps. If an initiated refund does not appear within the timeline provided, contact us with the refund reference for assistance.
Pending or unsuccessful payments
If money was debited but the payment order is pending or unsuccessful, contact us before attempting another payment. We will check the transaction status with the payment provider.
A bank reversal for an unsuccessful payment is handled differently from a refund of a successful purchase. We can help identify which applies and provide the available transaction information.
Questions or requests
