These terms apply to your use of aartibhatia.com and www.aartibhatia.com and purchases from Aarti Bhatia — Astrology & Soul Sciences. Services include personalised reports and consultations involving astrology, numerology, tarot and related guidance. Review these terms and the Privacy and Refund policies before purchasing.
Nature and limits of guidance
Reports and consultations offer interpretive, spiritual and reflective guidance. They are not guaranteed predictions, scientifically established diagnoses, or a promise of a particular outcome. Scores, number patterns and compatibility indicators are interpretation aids, not probabilities of success.
Our services do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other qualified professional advice. Do not stop treatment, make significant financial commitments, or take consequential decisions solely on a reading. You remain responsible for your choices.
Your details and permissions
Provide accurate contact and report details, including birth information where required. Results depend on the supplied information and the calculation method. Check your email address and order details before payment. Contact us promptly if something is incorrect.
Only submit information about another person if you have appropriate permission or authority. Purchases must be made by an adult with capacity to enter the transaction, or managed by a parent or lawful guardian where appropriate.
Prices and payments
Prices and any displayed discounts are shown before checkout. Review the actual amount on the payment screen before authorising payment. Do not continue if the amounts disagree; contact us instead.
Payments are processed through Cashfree. A debit alone does not confirm successful payment; the order must be verified. A paid report becomes available only after payment verification and successful generation. If you have paid but cannot access your report, retain your payment reference and contact us rather than paying again.
Report preparation and delivery
Reports combine code-generated calculations with explanatory content, which may be AI-assisted. AI text can contain limitations or errors and does not replace expert review. No report guarantees accuracy of every interpretation or a particular personal outcome.
Completed PDFs are available for download through the authorised payment session. Reports are not automatically emailed. Preparation can be delayed by technical or provider issues. Keep your order reference and downloaded copy. Report preparation and access problems are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Appointments and cancellations
The Payments page requires verified payment to book a consultation. Choosing a preferred date and time does not reserve that time automatically: the session date, time, format and scope must be confirmed with Aarti Bhatia. An unpaid appointment request submitted elsewhere on the website is not a paid booking.
If a session is cancelled, the amount paid for that cancelled session will be refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Notify us through the Contact page and include your booking and payment reference. Rescheduling requires mutual confirmation; requesting a new time does not by itself confirm it.
Use of website content and reports
Website text, branding, graphics and report layouts belong to their respective rights holders. Your purchased report is for your personal use. Do not resell it, present it as your own professional work, or reproduce website materials commercially without permission.
You may keep a personal copy and share your report privately with an adviser of your choosing. Be mindful that it can contain sensitive personal and third-party details.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another customer’s reports, payment session or administrator account.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or unnecessarily sensitive content.
- Do not disrupt the website, bypass payment verification or misuse forms and payment services.
Your rights and resolving concerns
Nothing in these terms or our policies excludes mandatory consumer rights or protections under applicable law. Service limitations do not remove our responsibility to address an undelivered paid service or an eligible refund.
If you have a concern, contact us with the relevant order or booking details so we can investigate. Applicable Indian law governs these terms, without limiting rights or remedies available under mandatory consumer law.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. The version shown when you purchase applies to that transaction, subject to applicable law. The date above identifies this version.
